Although we allow free cancellation, they will be accepted only if it is made one hour within the placement of order. Nonetheless, if you choose to cancel the order after a few days of installation and the order has been processed by the vendor and has been shipped, you will need to ensure that that you pay an additional fee of Rs 200. This is the cancellation fee you will be obliged too. This cancellation fee will only be applicable if you choose to cancel the order after the order has been shipped. Nonetheless, if BatteryDial cancels the order due to any inconvenience, you won't be charged any cancellation fee.
You are informed to reach out to the customer support if you have received any defective or damaged product from our end. Make sure to reach out to our customer service within two or three days of receiving the order. In this case, you will be receiving a brand new replacement of the product. Nonetheless, in this case, you won't need to pay any extra costs. Any request you make due to receiving the bad or damaged product will be taken care of by the merchant. However, you are requested to be patient as proper confirmation regarding the damage of the product will be made, and you will be served with a new product.
It is widespread that you receive a different product. However, if this has happened to you, you must reach out to our customer executive. How to cancel products before getting hands on the products?
If you haven't received your product and wish to cancel it, you are required to get in touch with our customer service department. However, if you still wish to cancel the order after the product has been dispatched, you need to bear the cancellation charge. You will surely get the replacement of the product if it has been damaged from our end.
Are you eligible for cancellation and refund?
Yes, you are. However, there are certain conditions under which you may not be eligible for return or replacement. This is usually because our replacement policy has been customized in such a way. Some of the prominent reasons under which you may not be eligible for refund or cancellation include the following
The product returned was without the original packaging inclusive of the box that was entirely provided during the time of delivery.

If you are applying for a refund, you need to ensure that you abide by the rules.
If you want a complete refund, you need to cancel the order 24 hours within placing it.
If you cancel the order post 24 hours and shipping is done, you will have to pay a specific charge for the refund.
If you have made your payment online, you will need to pay 2% of the product value of the shipping is not done, and the order is canceled within 24 hours.
Nonetheless, if shipping is done and the product is canceled after 24 hours, you will need to pay 2% of product value along with cancellation charges.
How will you get a refund?
The refunded amount will be provided directly to your bank account or credit card within 7-10 working days. During the refund process, BatteryDial is there to assist you with other doubts as well.
